Sainte-Chapelle and Conciergerie: Entrance fee

When you find the hustle and bustle of today's Paris overwhelming, you can travel back in time by visiting two historic monuments in the former Palais de la Cité, the former residence of French kings. The Sainte-Chapelle, with its impressive stained glass windows, guarded the Crown of Thorns, while the Conciergerie was Marie Antoinette's prison. Discover a 13th-century Gothic chapel illuminated by 15 stained-glass windows with more than a thousand biblical scenes, and tour the former royal palace converted into a court and prison during the French Revolution. Thanks to the Histopad de la Conciergerie, you will be able to see what the spaces were like in times past. Note: all visitors must pass through security checks.
