Visit the Swedish History Museum and discover what life has been like in Sweden from the Ice Age to the present day. Tour The Viking World, one of the largest Viking exhibitions, and admire valuable gold and silver treasures in the Hall of Gold. Participate in the Viking Mission, which offers outdoor activities such as games and crafts for all ages, and see more than 2,500 objects depicting the work and daily life of people in bygone eras. Learn about the history of prehistoric Sweden, from Stone Age hunters to Bronze Age farmers. The museum has 10 exhibits spread over three floors presenting key moments and figures in the country's history. Also, don't miss the exhibition "Sápmi - Our part of the world", which shows Sami culture through photographs and videos in collaboration with Ájtte.
