Corcovado and Christ the Redeemer Train

Christ the Redeemer, located at the top of Corcovado, offers unparalleled views of Rio de Janeiro. You can also enjoy excellent panoramic views from its foot, approximately 27 meters below. Take the train up the mountain, avoid the lines and marvel at one of the seven wonders of the modern world. The train ride takes about 20 minutes and passes through Rio's urban jungle, starting at Cosme Velho station and passing through the Tijuca National Park. The ticket allows you to skip the wait to access the Paul Landowski monument, visible from almost everywhere in the city. From the 700-meter high observation deck, you can see Sugarloaf Mountain (often mistaken for Corcovado), the historic Maracana stadium and the ocean that disappears into the horizon.
