A self-guided tour of the USS IOWA allows visitors to learn about the history of this legendary battleship, its participation in key conflicts of the 20th century and its naval legacy, supported by an interactive app and activities designed for the whole family.

The USS IOWA has an extensive and accomplished history. Known as Big Stick, this imposing battleship was in service off and on for 64 years. Take a self-guided tour of the Battleship IOWA Museum and discover her role in World War II, the Korean War and the Cold War, as well as the challenges and accidents she faced before her decommissioning and move to the Pacific Battleship Center in 2011. During the visit, passengers can use a free app with augmented reality, curious information and special tours. In addition, the little ones can have fun following the pet dog Victoria on an entertaining treasure hunt.
