London Transport Museum: Admission

Red buses, black cabs and the iconic Underground: transport and London are so intertwined that they have their own museum. Discover how public transport systems have shaped the city's identity, from the horse-drawn buses of the 18th century to the innovative Underground Railway, including the famous Underground map. Housed in a picturesque old flower market, the museum showcases restored vehicles and colorful exhibits that show how transportation drove London's development over the past 200 years. Visitors can hop on and "drive" a modern interactive electric bus to learn about green travel from the driver's cab. In addition, admission includes free access to the Global Poster Gallery, opening in October 2023, where you can admire more than 100 posters and discover the creative process behind them in the How to Make a Poster exhibition.
